Occupancies are anticipated approximately six months after the release of the units for sale.

Canmore Community Housing Corporation (CCHC) is pleased to announce that it has awarded the development of the Old Day Care Lands (ODCL) to Distinctive Homes, working in partnership with Marshall Tittemore Architects.   
Located at the corner of 17th Street and 11th Avenue, the ODCL are 1.01HA of now residential land that were recently subdivided from the existing Municipal Reserve (MR) parcel. Council took this initiative to further its commitment towards its number one priority, affordable housing.
The successful design will incorporate 49 units through a mix of Townhouse (17), Stacked Townhouse (24) and Duplex (8) living, primarily targeted at families. The successful design will include: 6 two-bedroom units at 980 square feet; 6 two-bedroom units at 1114 square feet; with the balance of the units being three bedroom and ranging in size from 1303 to 1440 square feet.   
CCHC and the proponent will be holding an Open House to showcase the unit layouts for all residents to see on Thursday June 22nd, from 6 - 8 p.m., at the St. Michael's Anglican Church Hall. Further details on the sales process and finalized pricing will be made available in the Fall of 2017.
